Beverly Samantha Mole, better known as Binky, is an aristocratic woman that appears in Big Hero 6: The Series.
Background[]
Binky is a prominent figure in San Fransokyo's wealthy elite. Along with Richardson Mole, she is part of the Mole family, who are known to be rivals with the Fredericksons.
She is familiar with Mrs. Frederickson, a fellow socialite. When Fred was young, Mrs. Frederickson constantly tried to impress Binky with her family's sophistication and lavish lifestyle despite her unpleasant attitude. However, Fred would unintentionally make a mess of things that made Binky angered towards Mrs. Frederickson, thereby starting the rivalry between families and Mrs. Frederickson attempting to impress her so to prove herself better.
Personality[]
According to Mrs. Frederickson and Heathcliff, Binky is rude, arrogant, and quite insufferable.
Appearance[]
As a wealthy woman, she has different outfits for many occasions.
She still keeps one of her oldest outfits, first seen when Fred was a kid and later wearing it again when she visits Krei Tech.
History[]
In "Fred's Bro-Tillion", Fred is worried about his bro-tillion event coming up and stresses out about many things, including Binky's presence in the event and telling his friends who she is. Fred and his mother tell Fred's friends about their history, so Hiro offers to help Fred so that he wouldn't have to worry about Binky.
The day of the event, however, Fred appears nervous again upon seeing Binky, but quickly the event is interrupted by Baron Von Steamer, crashing the event to kidnap Fred as revenge against his arch-nemesis Mr. Frederickson, also known as Boss Awesome. Everyone starts running away, and Binky leaves while appearing to be annoyed, though not scared by the ongoing attack. Mrs. Frederickson tries stopping her claiming that there has to be a good explanation for what's happening, but Binky still goes away.
When Von Steamer is defeated, Fred's bro-tillion is resumed at Lucky Cat Café in a smaller scale, but Binky still attends looking grumpy as ever. Baymax forcefully hugs her, and then Binky decides to leave. Fred and his mother also decide it is time to forget about what Binky thinks about them, and both of them dance.
She is seen again in "Aunt Cass Goes Out" with Richardson Mole, after Alistair Krei had invited all the wealthy families of San Fransokyo to the unveiling of Buddy Guards for pre-order at Krei Tech's building. She is seen walking at the entrance but not inside the presentation, although Richardson is there.
Trivia[]
- In the entirety of Big Hero 6: The Series, she only has two appearances and both are from Season 1. She has no dialogue in either one, making her the only minor human character of relevance without a voice actor in the series.
- It was also never officially confirmed whether she was Richardson Mole's mother or a different relative (such as aunt).
