Big Hero Battle is the first half of the fifty-sixth episode of Big Hero 6: The Series. It premiered on November 2, 2020 and is the first segment of the sixth episode of Season 3 alongside "Go Go the Woweroo".
Synopsis[]
4 2 Sing, a famous boy band, decides to be crime fighters and challenge Big Hero 6 to a superhero-off.
Plot[]
Baron Von Steamer is blocking the Torii Gate Bridge with a large spider-web created by his mech spider, causing outrage in a traffic jam. Big Hero 6 arrive to stop him, when suddenly a white-and-blue mechanical dragon knocks Baymax away. When it lands it also knocks Steamer's mech, so the villain decides to retreat and ejects himself from the spider. Wasabi thinks he recognizes the music that begins to play and, as it turns out, it is piloted by 4 2 Sing, a K-Pop boy band, to Wasabi's ecstasy. After performing their intro song, the boys announce that they have decided to become superheroes simply because they're famous and challenge Big Hero 6 to a "superhero-off" for the next 24 hours. Before Wasabi can comply, his teammates turn down their proposal, although 4 2 Sing still take it as an acceptance, then take off in their dragon.
As the challenge begins, 4 2 Sing try to stop two bank robbers but are powerless to do so, so Honey Lemon and Go Go care of the criminals instead, only for the boyband to take the credit; this continues for several occasions, as everytime Big Hero 6 defeat their own enemies or save other people, 4 2 Sing would show up for the news reporters to believe the work is theirs. To the team's dismay, the boy band is declared the winner.
To celebrate their "victory", 4 2 Sing hold a surprise concert at Torii Gate Bridge, with a solemn (except Wasabi) Big Hero 6 watching from above. Unknown to them, Steamer has returned and hijacks the band's dragon to cause havoc; Big Hero 6 bring back Mega-Max to help save them and take down Steamer. When the dragon's only weapon is shooting glitter from its mouth, Mega-Max easily destroys the mech and Steamer is sent flying away. 4 2 Sing then prepare another concert with Big Hero 6 joining them, but reveal it is again to boast themselves, claiming that they "saved" Big Hero 6 from Steamer by distracting him, and to thank them for "being great sidekicks". The boy band then perform their theme song again, with an excited Wasabi joining in.

Trivia[]
- A preview of this episode aired during the 2020 New York Comic Con x MCM Comic Con Metaverse panel.[1]
- This is the episode with the most villain appearances that are not pictured or simulated.
- However, Baron Von Steamer is the only main villain, while all others only appear in a brief scene each and with no dialogue.
- This episode marks the second appearance of Mega-Max.
- It also seems that Mega-Max has been upgraded, shown when he fired a powerful laser cannon.
- Bluff Dunder's score chart of the "superhero-off" challenge shows that in 24 hours, 90 crimes were stopped and all were credited to 4 2 Sing.
- Wasabi's bias is possibly Dae, from the scene when Dae tousled his hair.
Errors[]
- By the end of the episode, in the frame when Baymax says "That is not a logical conclusion", the blue visor from his helmet is clearly gone.
- When 4 2 Sing make their leave, Hyun-Ki's hair is bright yellow instead of red.
