Sergeant Suction is a brand of robotic vacuum cleaners featured in Big Hero 6: The Series. A batch of them was stolen by Noodle Burger Boy and his sisters, which he used as minions in some occasions.

Despite being multiple units (where some have been destroyed), the mascots considered them as one and the same, and saw Sarge as a "friend of the family".

Description[]

Sergeant Suction robots are small with a pod-like design, and move with a pair of wheels on the back. The interface is yellow and have a "face" with an indifferent expression; they apparently can detect levels of dust, seen from their point of view. They can beep, and also have a switch in the front for different intensity levels.

History[]

In "Mini Noodle Burger Max", Noodle Burger boy and his robotic family steal a shipment of the vacuums from an electronics store, but only take a single unit to a subway station where they attempt to convince it to become part of their family and abandon its programming, unaware that the robot is actually non-sentient and cannot understand them. The incident is reported in the news, and so Big Hero 6 track down the robots to figure out what their plan is. The heroes find them giving the vacuum a "pep talk" and mock them for it—yet Noodle Burger Boy still orders Sergeant Suction to attack, only to become disappointed when it simply tumbles down after approaching the hero team. Both parties proceed to fight but the station collapses down on them, leaving all trapped in an enclosed space except for Noodle Burger Boy.

Mini-Max and Baymax (who were left charging at home) quickly arrive at the subway when they're alerted that their team's signals are lost, and see themselves forced to cooperate with Noodle Burger Boy in order to save both their families. Because Mini-Max and Baymax are still on low battery and cannot lift the debris, Noodle Burger Boy tells Sergeant Suction that it's "all up to him", though the other robots acknowledge his plan is a waste of time. Sergeant Suction approaches the debris but is suddenly crushed by a falling rock, which shocks Noodle Burger Boy as he starts to cry and "mourn" the vacuum while Baymax tries to comfort him

Another Sergeant Suction is later seen in "The MiSFIT", when Noodle Burger Boy and his sisters show Baymax a promotional video they recorded at SFIT to try convincing him into joining their soon-to-be "new school" for robots; Sergeant Suction was among the robots in the video.

In "Noodle Burger Ploy", Fred is scammed by Noodle Burger Boy and sisters into believing he won a prize from a spam e-mail. Fred goes to their warehouse, disguised as an office building, to claim his prize. He sees Sergeant Suction with a cardboard cutout of a woman while Hangry Panda voices it, but she claims to be the official prize bot. Hangry Panda then tells Fred that the "rules" state he has to be scanned, so he allows Sergeant Suction to do it. He also answers personal questions about himself, then Sergeant Suction retreats while a robot clone of Fred comes out, although Fred soon learns it was all a trap.

In "The Mascot Upshot", Noodle Burger Boy and sisters seek to recruit a new family member to have a chance at fighting Big Hero 6. Holding auditions at the dump, a Sergeant Suction is the first one to audition, but it bumps into one of the stage pillars, causing a light to fall and destroy it. Noodle Burger Boy also has the same reaction as he did in "Mini Noodle Burger Max" upon seeing this.
