Making Popcorn is the first "Big Chibi 6" short. It is based on Big Hero 6: The Series, and was uploaded to YouTube by the official Disney Channel account on November 6, 2018.

When Fred is out of popcorn for movie night, Go Go and the rest of the team help him plant corn and pop it in his backyard!
Plot[]
Go Go tells Fred that they should start the Kentucky Kaiju movie. But Fred yelled that he must have popcorn to eat. Go Go brings Fred outside in his backyard and draws Fred's face on the dirt. Then she slaps a piece of corn all over the ground. She brings Honey Lemon and places soil all over the ground using her chem-purse and then gets Baymax to water the plants. The corn sprouts start to grow. She then get's Hiro with his energy amplifier and Obake with his lighthouse and both of their objects created a sun in the sky. The corn then explodes from the ground with Fred, Go Go, and Wasabi all launching into space and on top of the corn. Go Go goes back down to the ground with Wasabi cutting down the corn. Then she makes Fred put on his Fred-zilla suit where he breathes fire on all the corn that fell into the sky, which turns into popcorn. Fred's room ends up being full of popcorn, but he then claims they will need butter. Both then dive into the popcorn to go make butter, and a distressed cow appears in a speech bubble.
