==Background==
Mbita's parents started a business selling fish soup at the market. They taught Mbita how to make fish soup, and he eventually continued the business after the death of his parents. Mbita is only familiar with the fish soup recipe, and fears change, so he doesn't want to add new products to his menu. His justifies this with a quote from his father, "You don't mess up if you don't mess with the good thing." Despite this, he is eventually forced to add new things to his menu because he develops a fish allergy.

Mbita is a tall African-American man. He has a lean and slender frame. His hair is short, black, and coiled.
